Description:
Hanyi magnetic liquid level transmitter consists of a stainless steel probe and a signal conditioning circuit. Inside the probe rod is a series of precision resistors, and there is a magnetic drive switch every 10mm long.
You can also choose to set a magnetic drive switch with a length of 5mm. The circuit board contains resistors and switches, the length of which is consistent with the range, and is compressed and placed in the probe rod of the liquid level transmitter.
The probe rod of the transmitter is fixed on the outside of the main pipe of the magnetic flap level gauge or the magnetic control float level gauge in a bundled form, so that it is in the same magnetic coupling system.
When the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the magnetic drive switch corresponding to the liquid level position in the probe is actuated by the magnetic field in the float, and the resistance value of the resistance chain changes.
The signal conditioning module converts the changed resistance signal into a two-wire system. 4~20mADC standard signal output. This signal can be conveniently used with the microcomputer industrial intelligent control instrument, or connected to other secondary instruments, so as to achieve the purpose of display, control, adjustment and alarm. The magnetic induction liquid level transmitter is widely used in industrial process control, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and other industries, especially for liquid level measurement and signal output in high temperature and high- pressure environments.
